Over 30 years ago occupational therapist Liz Senior had a dream to create a sensory motor programme for children that promoted learning in a playful way. As an OT working with children with learning difficulties, Liz wanted to make a difference in the lives of children and their parents. She also wanted to empower women by creating a business structure that would allow moms the freedom to work from home and raise their children at the same time.
And so in 1990, Clamber Club was born!
Over the years Clamber Club has grown to 6 franchised programmes that cover Baby Classes, Toddler Classes, Sports programmes for Schools, Party entertainment, Party venues, Playschool and a range of Clamber Club products all featuring Jog the Frog our Clamber Club fitness mascot.
Meet the team:
Occupational therapist, CEO & Founder of Clamber Club
Liz is responsible for strategy, business growth, marketing, brand vision, generation and maintenance of the creative and structural content of our programmes, product development and ensuring profitability of the overall franchised business. Working with the Head Office Team, Franchise Managers and Franchisees, Liz regularly directs, coaches, influences and evaluates the team’s performance and alignment to the business strategy.

Sabrina is a passionate marketer with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
Pragmatic and results oriented, she is excited to build on the phenomenal success achieved by the Clamber Club franchise business these past 30 years and to continue growing market presence for the company and its franchisees. As ambassador for the brand, Sabrina fully understands the commercial value of marketing and how it can support and drive a business forward.
On a personal level she both enjoys and excels in fast paced environments. Never being satisfied with the status quo means that she has an appetite to think outside of the box. She is a self-starter with an analytical mind and is the contact person for all things marketing.
Sabrina is delighted to be a part of the Clamber Club team, as she feels that the company has a culture where everyone works hard, aims high and supports each other across the whole business.

Administration & Office Manager
With an Honours degree in Psychology, Justine has spent most of her career in the corporate environment. Justine always wanted to make a difference in the lives of people, and is delighted to have found the right fit at Clamber Club, working hand in hand with our franchisees on all things admin related. Justine has extensive experience in the field of administration, and her brilliant organizational skills have made her an integral part of our Clamber Club team.

Lenete De Sousa
Clamber Club Sports Franchise Manager
Lenete is our national Sports Franchise Manager and her passion is to create a meaningful brand experience for each and every franchisee. She has been part of the Clamber Club team for over 10 years and is the proud owner of 3 extremely successful Clamber Club franchises. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, starting with her pioneering great grandparents, Lenete understands the commitment, grit and determination that one needs to run a successful business. Networking, communication, teamwork and customer relationship management are Lenete’s core strengths.

Clamber Club Party Franchise Manager
Having worked with the Clamber Club for over 13 years, Ronel is extremely passionate about the brand. She started out as a teacher for the Dunkeld Toddler and Edenvale Baby franchises, later becoming the Clamber Club Dunkeld franchise manager, and running the business successfully for 6 years.
As part of the head office team, Ronel has had loads of experience in training, conference organisation, franchisee supervision and visits, as well as in sales. She is now the proud owner of 2 phenomenal businesses – Parties Sandton and Parties Fourways. She is also the National Parties Franchise Manager, a role that requires enthusiasm, great organisational skills and buckets of energy – of which she has all!
Ronel believes the brand is successful because of the teamwork between her fellow franchisees and the amazing support from the fantastic head office team.

Clamber Club Operations Manager,
Baby and Toddler franchise support
Sally offers business management support to head office and to our Baby and Toddler franchisees. She encourages operational excellence, using her in-depth knowledge of running successful, customer focused businesses.
Her background in the consumer retail buying and brand management further underpins her “consumer centric” approach to business and strategic thinking around planning for success.
She has owned a hugely successful Clamber Club Toddler Franchise for many years which has given her invaluable insight into what it takes to be a franchise owner. Inspiring and mentoring people in business is something she feels very passionate about. Collaboration and building strong networks within business communities remain key pillars to success.
Sally is also our dynamic regional and national conference organiser, creating the most awesome conferences with her brilliant attention to detail and event management skills.
Chartered Accountant (SA) – Account Management
Eve is our team number cruncher and bean counter. With over 25 years’ experience, Eve is more than qualified to fill the position of our “minister of finance”. As an entrepreneur herself, she is well placed to provide support to not only Head Office, but also individual franchisees, who themselves are small business owners. Eve has been balancing the books at Clamber Club for over 10 years and is a long-standing member of the family. Eve is hard working and reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile. She has an excellent rapport with the Head Office team and franchisees and for an accountant, she really is loads of fun!

Graphic Designer & Product Manager
Carmen is Clamber Club’s creative and innovative graphic designer and product manager. With years of experience in the advertising and media industry, Carmen has extensive experience in the graphic design and product management field. Working closely with the marketing team, Carmen assists the franchisees with artwork for advertising. She is instrumental in creating the brand look and ensures all franchisees and clients receive their product orders timeously.
